Refill Prescriptions & Food

When refilling medications and food, you can pick up medications at our office or you can get home delivery through our online store, VetSource.

Pick up medications: Request refills through the Patient Portal or the VetPawer App.

You can download the VetPawer App from the Apple App Store as well as Google Play. These requests are sent to our email.

** Please allow 24 to 48 hours for prescriptions to be filled **

Keep in mind that it may take longer if we need to order your item. Specialty orders may take up to a week to come in.

Please leave a phone number or email to contact you. We will let you know if there is any delay in fulfillment, such as being out of stock or backordered. Please call or email us to request expedited processing or to inquire about the status of a prescription.
