Graduate of White Cross Hospital School of Nursing 1960. I worked for many years in the geriatric field. I am the wife of Dr. Paul H. Knapp, mother of Dr. Robert H. Knapp - also mother to Jim, Irene, and David Knapp. Grandmother to 3 grandsons and 3 granddaughters.
I worked for many years at the hospital as a manager. Currently, I help with payroll and conduct employee evaluations
I enjoy attending my grandchildren's many activities. Reading and working in the garden and yard occupies much of my "extra" time. I also enjoy watching sporting events at the youth, high school,college and professional levels. My granddaughter is involved in marching band (flag corp) and dance.
I have managed veterinary clinics for over 10 years and started working at Knapp's in February of 2006.
Kelly S. (Head Technician)
I have worked at Knapp Veterinary Hospital since 2000. I received my Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Management in 1999 from The Ohio State University and my Associate of Applied Sciences in Veterinary Technology in 2001 from Columbus State. I enjoy spending time with my husband, dog, and 4 cats. I sing at my church and also enjoy watching movies, reading, sewing, and home improvement.
I am a graduate of CSCC. I have been with the hospital since 1991. I have a husband, 3 human children, and 3 four legged children at home.
I have worked at Knapp's since 2000. During my time here I graduated from Columbus State with a Vet Tech degree in 2002 and moved from kennel assistant to vet tech. My husband and I have one son, 3 cats, and an aquarium of fish.
I graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Agriculture and immediately went to Columbus State where I obtained my Associates in Veterinary Technology. I am the website designer for Knapp Veterinary Hospital and I have one cat.
I graduated from OSU in 2004 with a BS degree in Zoology. I'm a graduate of Columbus State Community College where I received my Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology.
I graduated in 2005 from OSU with a degree in Animal Sciences and in 2008 from the Columbus State Veterinary Technology program. I have been working in the field since 2000 and have experience with a variety of animals.
I graduated from CSCC's vet tech program in May 2014. My pet family includes a large green iguana named Jubilee.
I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and from Columbus State Community College with an Associate of Science in Veterinary Technology. I have been at Knapp's since March 2015.
I graduated from Indiana University in 2002 with a BS in psychology and a minor in animal behavior. Afterward, I graduated from Columbus State with an Associates in Veterinary Technology. I also work at the Columbus Zoo. I have been working in the field since 2002, but have only been at Knapp's since 2006. I have a cat named Leroy and three pit bulls - Pig, Mowgli, and Newman. I also enjoy traveling and spending time with my family.
I've worked at Knapp's since 2015.
I just graduated from Ohio State with a Bachelors in Zoology and will be getting my Masters in Conservation Medicine starting this coming fall. I have a dog named Gemini.
McKenzie S. (Receptionist Supervisor)
I started working at Knapp's in August of 2013. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, playing tennis, taking family trips to Hilton Head, and spending time with my dog.
I have been working in the veterinary field for over 10 years and started working at Knapp's beginning in 2012. My interests include my dog and cat "children", fish keeping, and jewelry making.
I have been in the veterinary field since 1999 and started at Knapp in 2010. I have one cat at home. I enjoy spending time with my husband, twin boys, and friends. The beach is my favorite place to spend my vacation time.
I am new to the Columbus area and enjoy exploring the different parts of the city. Knapp is my first position in the veterinary field.
I'm a Biochemistry major with a minor in Music at Ohio State. I'm involved in the pre-vet club, a dance group, and the ultimate frisbee team on campus. I hope to become an exotic animal veterinarian some day.
I have worked off and on at Knapp Veterinary Hospital since 1984. I enjoy working at Knapp's because I love being a part of the team that helps animals to get and stay healthy.
I am a part time office employee and have worked at KVH since 1994. I have a BS degree in psychology/life science from Otterbein College. My husband and I have 2 boys that keep us on the go along with 3 very loved dogs.
Jessica S. (Kennel Supervisor)
I have been a kennel assistant at Knapp Veterinary Hospital for many years now.
I have worked here since I was in high school.
I have a Cocker Spaniel named CC and a cat named Scarlett. I enjoy playing golf in the summer.
I have a puppy and I want to be a vet.
I attend The Ohio State University and I am majoring in Animal Sciences. I have a strong interest in companion animals and dairy cows! I love dogs - they are my favorite animal!
I have 2 brothers and a chihuahua mix named Pebbles. I enjoy spending time with animals and friends. I like meeting new people and doing new things. My favorite dogs are German Shepherds and Siberian Huskies.
I am a pre-veterinary Animals Sciences major at OSU with an interest in shelter medicine. I enjoy baking, listening to music, and working out in my spare time.
I am majoring in Microbiology at OSU and plan to attend veterinary school. I'm a member of 4 Paws for Agility at Ohio State and I volunteer at the Franklin County Dog Shelter.
I am a 4th year Psychology student. I just finished raising a puppy for Pilot dogs. I love dogs and horses.
