Vet Pawer App

Please note: You will need to use the email that you have given our office and your pet's name needs to match exactly (including any spaces). If you need to change your email please let us know and we can update that for you.

How to retrieve your registration code

• Install the Vet Pawers app from the Apple App Store or Google Play then open the app.
• When you open the app tap on "Continue"
• Tap on "Don't have code" near the very bottom of the screen. It is possible that the phone keyboard may pop up and block this from view.
• Choose the email that you use. It is purposefully covered so you can't see all the letters. This screen is simply to verify that you are who you say you are.
• Once you get the email, which may take several minutes, put the code into the app and it should take you directly to your account information.
